What this is

Hers AI provides fictional AI-generated companion conversations for entertainment. The companions are not human people, and model responses can be inaccurate or unexpected.

What we store, and why

You can use the web experience without registering. Conversations are stored on Hers AI servers so she can continue across sessions and restarts. Anonymous session data is periodically removed. Signed-in conversations persist until you delete them or your account.

Her memory of you is a list you can open, correct, and delete from at any time, under "What she remembers" in the chat. Deleting a memory is permanent.

If you buy Pro, we store what the account needs to work: your email, Stripe customer identifiers, sign-in sessions, entitlement state, and any Telegram link you create. Product analytics record counts and safety categories only, never the text of your conversation.

Your control

Signed-in users can list and revoke devices, sign out everywhere, export their data as JSON, reset the relationship, and delete the account entirely, all from the Account panel. Do not put passwords, financial credentials, or other secrets into companion chats.
